The Donkey Sanctuary provides care, compassion and a home to several hundred donkeys at its main site in Devon, which is also an award-winning visitor attraction. Behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly takes more than just dedication, it takes reliable power. When their existing UPS installation started showing its age, the sanctuary needed a fresh, dependable solution to ensure their operations stayed online. With their rural location making power supply unpredictable, finding a reliable backup was essential to keeping visitors coming and revenue flowing.

To give The Donkey Sanctuary the reliability they needed, we installed a Legrand Trimod 10kVA UPS with a 5-minute autonomy (9Ah x1 configuration). This modern, modular UPS is designed for better efficiency, easier servicing, and reduced downtime. With improved Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Near to True Redundancy (NTTR), it ensures a steady power supply, meaning their systems can keep running no matter what the grid throws at them.
