Power Control is proud to announce that it has been officially appointed as a Stage 1 supplier on the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Minor Works Trades and Associated Services.

This latest appointment strengthens our relationship with NOE CPC and complements our long-standing position on the Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM) framework, which we have held for several years. Our continued involvement with NOE CPC frameworks underlines our ongoing commitment to providing trusted, high-quality services to public sector organisations, particularly within the NHS, healthcare and local government.

The Minor Works Trades and Associated Services DPS has been established to offer a flexible and compliant route to market for contracting authorities seeking to source and deliver minor works and trade-related projects. It allows for the procurement of services for projects valued up to £5 million, supporting a wide variety of disciplines, including electrical infrastructure, mechanical systems, and building works.

Speaking about the appointment, Christian De Knock, Power Control’s Healthcare Divisional Manager, said:

"Being appointed to this DPS reflects our deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the healthcare and wider public sectors. It’s a testament to the quality of service and technical excellence we bring to every project. We’re proud to continue supporting NHS trusts and other public bodies across England with critical infrastructure works that make a real difference to operational resilience.”

Our inclusion on this DPS reinforces Power Control’s capability to support a wide range of estates and facilities requirements through a responsive, cost-effective, and collaborative approach. It also ensures that our clients continue to benefit from high standards of service delivery, underpinned by decades of technical expertise in critical infrastructure solutions such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), Isolated Power Supplies (IPS), and associated electrical works.

We look forward to working with both existing and new public sector partners through this DPS, helping them to meet their operational and infrastructure goals with confidence and compliance.
